Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues after the termination of services.
7. Liability
strakiva labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.
9. Changes to Terms
